Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Cleanliness was also frequently highlighted, with several guests noting tidy and well-maintained rooms. However, there were consistent complaints about the lack of amenities such as air conditioning, elevators, and reliable Wi-Fi. Room sizes were often described as small or cramped, and some guests experienced issues with service, ranging from friendly and helpful staff to reports of rudeness or unhelpfulness. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and cleanliness, but improvements in amenities and room comfort are needed.
