Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for those attending exams or events on campus. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several enjoyed the breakfast and on-site restaurant. However, there were repeated complaints about the lack of air conditioning, presence of mosquitoes, and the value for money, with several guests feeling the hotel was overpriced for the comfort and amenities provided. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though not outstanding, and some guests noted issues with room comfort and service procedures.
