8.0 Excellent
Pros: The quality of the food was excellent (especially the breakfast) and great value using the two or three course meal deal. The gated car park is a good size and free.
Cons: We had one of the bedrooms off the car park at the rear, so a short walk in the open each time between hotel and room - fortunately it didn't rain. Also, the internal walls need better soundproofing.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Our only complaint was the sausages could of been cooked more at breakfast.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern comfortable hotel. Clean and well run.
Cons: Number 19 in the news was very noisy with the stairs and door. Also very noisy from the next door with the shower and TV. Possibly wish we had stayed in the main part of the hotel if we had known we were in the mews. Apart from that the hotel was excellent and the staff lovely.

Pros: Very friendly staff, restaurant clean and welcoming. Accommodation was lovely. Booked two rooms the beds in one room were really comfortable and the other could feel a few springs but dispite this if you move a little it was fine lol a few Mark's on the wall but nothing worth complaining about. Will definitely return. Breakfast was lovely as was dinner.
Cons: In the rooms you can hear everything from outside or other rooms.

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Conveniently located near train station. Room was small but adequate.
6.0 Good
Pros: The beds were comfy and there was hot running water. The staff were lovely and really helpful especially when the heating wasn't working in our room. They got a plumber on to it asap. The breakfast was gorgeous and made up for the room.
Cons: The family room was plenty big enough but had a funny musty old cigar smell about it. There was no bathroom furniture and no toilet seat lid. So you couldn't put your wash kit anywhere or hang a towel. The room and ensuite looked half finished or maybe they were going for the minimalistic approach?? We had to wash all our kit to get rid of the smell when we got home.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All of it
Cons: Liked everything
