Ten customers in line to rent the car only one person behind the desk with a very poor attitude. Took a very long time. No one in parking lot to help u find the car. Once we found it we couldn’t get the trunk open finally after we were there for awhile someone came and helped us. Returning the car was a total nightmare. A bunch of cars were stacked up like there was no one working to move them. We pulled in line and a car to the side of us was damaged so I left a space in front of me because I didn’t want to scratch our car. The attendant hollered at us three time at the top of his voice with a very demeaning attitude to pull the car up and we ditto it and he was very angry with us. Overall u r in the people business and your people failed u. Very low class and poor tone and didn’t want to be there.Reviewed 22 May 2026

We picked up the vehicle within 15 -20 minutes after arriving at the sales desk. The counter person was polite and straight forward. We did not purchase additional upgrade, pre-paid gas or insurance. The only draw-back was the full size vehicle we wanted only available in one model and the three available were all black color with black interior. We were in Maui and wishing to have a lighter color car to drive in because of the heat. This was the only issue. So we were very satisfied.Reviewed 21 May 2026

First, understaffing in order to sell an add-on “upgrade” for quicker pickup is unacceptable. Then the clerk could not assign me a car because of multiple systems (dollar, thrifty, hertz). Then, even after we clearly discussed my lack of interest in ALL of the unnecessary add-ons he added them back in the third time he tried to assign a car. Then even though he pushed all the buttons on my phone, he claimed it was me who made the choices. He gave me attitude when i found the extra $1450 due at pick up unacceptable!!! Do they get bonuses on that? , he then told me the wrong floor to pick up the car sending me across traffic to get to the area. And finally, he sent me to a space that had no car. I dragged three bags full of tools this way! UNACCEPTABLE. the only save was that the guy at the actual hertz desk helped me out so i did not have to drag it all back access traffic. But since it is the same company, i am unlikely to use again and will share. I am disgusted!Reviewed 20 May 2026

I was a disappointed with the price. When I got all the information I have one price and when I returned the car, it is a completely different price. Had one way rental atl to mia for 12:30 am pickup. Was able to get an earlier connecting flight. Called them to change pickup to 4 hours earlier. They sad they couldn’t, no cars. Absolute nonsense. They said they could transfer me to their “sister company,” Budget, who could provide a car. The experience with Budget was a complete disaster.Reviewed 10 May 2026

i request few day before some information about the deposit, they told me in the cornavin agence it was 750 chf. but at the pickup location this number magically increased to 3000. The only way to reduce this oversized amount was to subscribe a very limited and expensive insurance at the pick up point. I had to cancel my booking due to this deposit amount, since it was beyond my card limit amount and i found another rental solution. I find this amount excessive for an economy car rental, i would have appreciated to receive this information in advance.Reviewed 5 May 2026
