Pros:getting the car online was easy. I also had to modify my reservation and was able to easily do so with one phone call which was great. Drop off was also quick and easy.Cons:Pick up was a little rough. There was only 1 person working the counter and there were numerous people waiting to get cars. Pros:Drop off was easy and the car was very nice.Cons:The staff at the desk could have been better. He wasn’t very friendly and had headphones on while helping us...He was also very hard to understand and didn’t communicate very well.
