Pros:Hidden charges which never agreed! Stuff won’t accept but to charge the daily hidden charges, even though it’s not mentioned in my booking!Cons:Charges should be clearly mentioned and never hide unexpected charges! Even little amount of money should always be clarify! PS NO HIDDEN CHARGES! this makes me feel I’ve been scammed, not good at all.Reviewed 4 Jan 2021

Pros:Staff friendly. The keep you updated via email. The drop off was good.Cons:Pickup was terrible, the staff was friendly but the queue line was very long and one staff available. It took me around 30 minutes to pick up my car. In Kayak the choice of car was Form but on reality the car was Renault Duster, so Kayak should update the profile of this car.Reviewed 7 May 2019

Overall goodPros:They give us a bit better car than we expected because we booked some small car from A category and they gave us Toyota Yaris which is I think from B category.Cons:They did not mark clearly scratches that were before so when we were returning the car they were thinking we made these scratches and I clearly pointed them to write some of these when we picked up the car. But at the end, they accepted all of these was from before and didn`t take any money from the deposit. Another thing to pay attention is to additional cost like 16aed for "road tax" and 25aed to return car at airport, so I returned it to Al Raha mall. Also when you renting from any company pay attention to the level of full because often they don`t give with full level and they expect to return them full level.Reviewed 19 Nov 2016
