This was my first and last time with Hertz, bad customer service. I had booked my Car and paid 2 weeks before and when I went to get the Car they said Car is not available. Also, this was all when they made us wait for 30 minutes.Reviewed 8 Nov 2025

Waited at the counter upon return to "inquire" about tax benefits (in Dubai) and a copy of the final receipt - to include "any possible tickets/fines and amount of tolls (if any)" - waited at the counter for 45 minutes - in order for them just to say that they could not provide ANY of this information - simply due to the fact that I reserved and paid for the car online via Kayak - which is ridiculous. In addition - it people who were picking up cars, appeared to have priority over people who were returning cars - as they already have your money.Reviewed 6 Dec 2021
