My reservation pricing details were vastly different than my confirmation ($1100+ vs $400+). Was told the manager would fix it in the system before I got to the representative who clears you to leave in the parking lot. That didn’t happen and I had to go back inside for 20 more mins to get it cleared up. They said it was all good however, now I’m being charged an additional $80 over the initial price. Rental cars shouldn’t be this complicated. Now I have to spend more time calling to get this fixed.Reviewed 5 Aug 2025

The vehicle we rented was due for an oil change so every time you started the van the alert for the oil change would ping. Windows on the vehicle were so smeared you could barely see out with sun glare.Reviewed 21 Mar 2025
