We were "upgraded" to a Ford Explorer-too big of a car for us. We asked for something smaller and agent said she'd change the vehicle. When we arrived at the car...it was a Ford Explorer. We were tired from a long trip and didn't want to drag our bags back and wait in line for another hour to fix it. We took the car and then tried to call a few days later to arrange an exchange. Could never get through to a live person and got hung up on by the automated number 2x. Beyond this, agent kept forcing insurance coverages on us. We wanted the collision...she was relentless and literally forced us to buy more. We got tired of arguing with her about it. Will never use Dollar again.Reviewed 23 Feb 2025
