Pros (+) Friendly and helpful staff, in a beautiful, well maintained hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons (-) Overly pedantic/difficult about visiting family, unnecessarily so even though security is important. WifI was good, but the Internet connection sporadic. A plan of the facilities would have been useful.
