Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention issues with service, citing rude or unhelpful staff, slow responses, and poor management. Cleanliness is another concern, with reports of old, poorly maintained rooms, pests, and unhygienic conditions. Breakfast and food quality often disappoint, with several guests finding the spread lacking and not up to standard. However, the room size and location receive positive feedback, with some guests appreciating spacious suites and convenient access. Overall, while there are some positives, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and food quality.
