Pros (+) During slight confusion about the mis-spelling of my name, the kid working at reception was rude, temperamental and used inflammatory language. It was inexcusable and unnecessarily insulting. As expected, I will be sure to let people know Four Points Sheraton is one of the worst hotels in California. I
Cons (-) I disliked the staff members disregard me as their guest. They lacked the proper response to a simple mistake in spelling, which in turn has revealed an ugly truth about their uncaring corporate culture and sub-par staff.

Pros (+) Close to the hsrbor with view of some boats. Room felt freshly remodeled. Shower was great. Tv had a menu where you could jump channels but no program descriptions. Jacuzzi was worth it.
Cons (-) Surprised with a $10 overnight parking charge.
