Pros (+) Front desk staff combined our "hacked" Kayak/Expedia reservations for 2 successive nights so we didn't have to change rooms after the first night. Also gave us a superb run-down of the local restaurants we were thinking of visiting and suggested some others, too.
Pros (+) My mother and I always stay in Warsaw for our family reunion each August. Rooms are clean, staff was helpful for a couple of little things that I needed them for. Look forward to going back next year.
Pros (+) I loved the bed! Clean and comfy! The desk staff were very cheerful and friendly and breakfast was relaxing and a good variety of choices.
Cons (-) I felt it was expensive for a single room.
