Cons:The fragrance in lobby was very strong and unexpected to someone sensitive to odors.
Cons:I'm not sure whether it was just my room being located at the end of a hallway or in a corner, but the noise coming from the hallway was significantly loud in my room. Also, the walls seemed *really* thin, as I could hear the conversations of the people in the room next to mine pretty clearly. I had to use a white noise app on my phone to drown it out so I could get some sleep.
Cons:Room was dark and a neighbor had a very loud party going on. Security couldn’t do anything and our kids were awake until 2am
Cons:Starbucks is right in the lobby. But allow extra time as their service is considerably slower than typical of Starbucks
