The hotel is close to the airport, but hard to get to by shuttle. The hotel had advertised free shuttle, but I was asked to take a shuttle that never showed up. I ended up taking a cab that cost me$20 for a 2 km ride. The hotel should provide a shuttle or provide clear information when asked.

Pros (+) Convenient to Heathrow. Hand a 14 hour overnight stay on way back to Canada from Greece. Very comfortable beds. Rooms looked recently renovated. Usual amenities for mid range hotel
Cons (-) Breakfast buffet only and fairly expensive for the three optional breakfasts. Elevators very busy at checkout (10:00 am). On first floor and first 3 elevators full. Walked down to lobby twice with bags before my wife found an elevator with room for her to come down with last bag

Pros (+) Located across from Heathrow property with free shuttle (city bus) to the hotel front door. Quiet comfortable bedroom. Great breakfast ($15). Good service.
Cons (-) Not very close to local restaurants. 20 minute (easy) walk to closest pub (The White Horse). Cannot exchange currency at hotel. ATM located in convenience store 10 minutes away.
