Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent service, friendly and professional staff, and beautiful location close to York and set in stunning gardens. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were also highlighted, with several guests enjoying spacious accommodations and daily fresh towels. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as delicious and varied. Some guests noted areas for improvement such as dated rooms, expensive or limited restaurant options, and minor maintenance issues, but overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
