Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently complained about misleading photos, poor cleanliness, and maintenance issues such as broken fixtures, bad odors, and uncomfortable beds. Many reviews mention that the actual rooms did not match the advertised images, and amenities like Wi-Fi and air conditioning often did not work. However, some guests appreciated the location, found the staff friendly, and considered the value for money reasonable, especially when upgraded to the main hotel building. The pool and proximity to the beach were also noted as positives by a few reviewers.
