Santa Susanna is a historic, seaside town in the heart of the Spanish Mediterranean, located around 60 km from Barcelona, the bustling capital city of Catalonia. With kilometres of pristine, white beaches and surrounded by glorious mountains and pine groves, it is easy to see why Santa Susanna is fast becoming a favourite amongst holidaymakers.

Santa Susanna's beaches are renowned for their golden sand and clear, calm waters. There are three main beaches to choose from, including a dune beach, a cove beach and the popular Playa de Llevant beach. Here you can rent a deckchair and enjoy the sunshine, or try one of the many watersports on offer such as sailing, wind surfing and scuba diving.
After cooling down from the sun, there are a number of places of interest to explore in Santa Susanna. The town's origins date back to the 12th century and you can take a stroll in the many parks, churches and old watchtowers. Can Ratés is a particularly beautiful 13th century 'Masia' (farmhouse) and you can enjoy a cocktail there whilst looking out to the rustic tower, gardens and huge swimming pool. There are a variety of great restaurants offering a range of food including traditional Catalan, Spanish and Mexican cuisine.
