Pros:Staff was friendly and helpfull and the drop off was quick and good.Cons:The car was far from good, the remote did not work, I had to close all 4 doors and the trunk everytime manually, the car was full of scratches. No Tank cover.Reviewed 22 Jun 2021

Pros:Staff all around were niceCons:The car is never what you’re selecting online. Their fleet of cars are awful. Pros:Quick car checkout, the vehicle was clean and ran well. Agent thoroughly went over and marked every bit of minor paint/bumper damage, and I was given a free, quick ride back to the airport terminal as soon as the car was returned. I would use this agency/rental location again.Cons:Only minor this is that you should absolutely expect an $800 USD authorization on a credit card when you arrive to pick up the car, to act as a deposit. It is not a hidden charge, its just buried in the fine print of the contract. The authorization will clear a few days after you return the vehicleReviewed 30 Aug 2019
