Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness, with several reviewers highlighting positive experiences at the reception and with housekeeping. The hotel's location was also frequently mentioned as a strong point, being close to key attractions and convenient for guests. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness, with multiple guests noting issues such as old furniture, lack of proper room cleaning, and unpleasant smells. Bed comfort was also a concern for some, with reports of old or uncomfortable mattresses.
