I been renting with Alamo Rent A car in Kona and they always been excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff .Reviewed 20 Mar 2025

Car was not clean. Water spots all over windows. Had to clean inside windows to see out. Staff didn't care. Also, parts were broken on door handle, lots of dents and scratches on car. Lots of small hairs on dash board? Staff generally seemed annoyed to have to get up from sitting around. Inside Staff were helpful, not outside.Reviewed 14 Oct 2024
