Pros:The staff in Lihue were very helpful. I especially liked having someone in the parking lot helping guide us to our vehicle. When we selected a vehicle that ended up being too small for us, she expertly directed us to a larger one still in our price range.Cons:The line for the shuttle was a bit confusing. While we were waiting...and about 2 to 3 shuttles had loaded full before us... (and we had 8 suitcases, a stroller and an infant) others came out of the terminal and butted right in front of us. Cons:Different vehicle than promoted at time of reservation. Not fond of the ride and space of a Cadillac Escalade. Pretty tight for family of five and luggage.Reviewed 15 Jun 2021

Pros:I wasn't able to rent a car because I had a debit and not a credit card. I guess, the company has had problems with locals renting cars and not returning the cards and even though I've rented from the company many times on Oahu. It didn't matter so I ended up having to rent a car from BudgetReviewed 26 Apr 2020
