Pros:Great customer service and was upgraded to a larger vehicle, which ended up saving our trip as the rest of our party booked with Avis who ran out of vehicles and couldn't honor their reservation. With the upgrade we were able to fit everyone in one vehicle!Cons:The pickup line was extremely long, so could have had more employees available. Very easyPros:Friendly staff, price as agreed (plus taxes) and choice of cars - would definitely use againCons:All car hire companies are reached by courtesy coach from the airport so none based there. Still quite expensive to hire a car at Lihue but thoroughly worth it.Reviewed 16 Apr 2017

Great ServicePros:Very helpful local staff. Concentrated on good service rather than trying to sell us silly extras we didn't want. Generally behaved like Hertz used to years ago. Funny that Enterprise has become the new Hertz.Reviewed 26 Mar 2017
