I had rented a car the day before. Then I went there the next day. They told me, “Sorry, we tried to contact you. Unfortunately, we don’t have the car.” It was a really long trip. And I didn’t get any email from them. Nothing at all. They barely even tried to contact me. And Uber prices in Los Angeles are expensive.Reviewed 21 Jun 2025

Well I was supposed to pick up the car at 7 am but the car wasn’t ready, when I called the agent he said he was going to be there shortly “2 minutes he said” well he was 40 minutes late because he had a problem but then he show up there with an attitude stating that well everybody has problems, I had a trip program and I was not able to leave when I had plan so that was not good. On top of that a full cover insurance is extremely expensive.Reviewed 18 Jun 2025

The first van I tried had a broken seat folding mechanism. The second one developed intermittent brake problem, had to call a tow truck and go for a replacement. Will certainly remember the Alamo as a rental company to avoid.Reviewed 17 Jun 2025
