Reserved, specifically, a luxury vehicle to fit four people and two suitcases in the trunk. At arrival, as given the choice of two of the exact same vehicles, Genesis G70s, which are COMPACT sports sedans. Only one of our suitcases fit in the tiny trunk so my sons, ages 17 and 20, had to ride in the back seat with the other suitcase between them. Not comfortable. And not easy to get seat belts buckled, either. The car was very clean and drove well but I don't feel I actually received what I paid for.Reviewed 4 Jan 2025

Alamo did not allow me to get a car because they won’t take anything but credit card bookings. This should have been made clear at the offset. We spent money, time and resources to get to Newark to be disappointed. Missed our connections afterwards and everything that was planned after had to be cancelled.
