Even tho I had pay the insurance by kayak, at the airport alamo was telling me that is not their problem that i should do it with them. At when i accepted the wated to charge 1000 us for the insurence, my remaining pay up for the car was 220 CAD dollars but they try to charge those in US dollarsReviewed 17 Apr 2024

It was a fantastic experience - they first gave me a free upgrade, but wasn't the car I wanted, so they went to another shop to get what I needed. Later, I needed to extend my booking and they responded at 7am! No hassle, and everything was taken care of.Reviewed 17 Apr 2024

Just my opinion That you should be made more clear, it was their choice of vehicle. I thought I was getting one car and I ended up with it entirely different car. I did receive with OK, there is nothing wrong with it but it wasn't what I originally intended to rent. I did email customer service and they explained I rented a premium vehicle and what I got is a premium be vehicle.Reviewed 16 Apr 2024

I was unaware that I needed to have my credit card with me. When I booked the rental, it didn’t advise me on what I needed to bring in order to pick it up. I have rented vehicles before and was able to use a debit card. So, I was stranded in Lexington instead of being where I needed to be.Reviewed 16 Apr 2024
