Cons (-) The AC did not work. The shower was either ice cold or scalding hot, there was no in between. The audio on the TV would come in and out so sometimes you couldn't hear it and other times it was so loud I'm sure the rooms next door could hear it. Pros (+) The couch folded out into a bed for the kids. The breakfast was good.
Cons (-) After booking online, I was given a room with a king size bed. I called to change that to two full size beds as I was staying with my sons. Guess what we were given? The pool was out of order, which was quite disappointing to the kids. The bathroom sink was cracked, and there was a lone pubic hair on the countertop. The bed was as hard as concrete. Cons (-) The AC was completely OFF when I checked in after a 100 degree day. The pool and business office were both out of order when I checked in.
