Hotel was great and comfortable. A very diverse crowd
Shower didnt really have hot water, walls of hotel were paper thin that you heard everything in the room next to you.
Overall a great trip!
The check-in line was extremely long even though I pre checked in.
There were roaches in the room! I was so disgusted.
Rooms were nice.
Restaurant hostess at Italian restaurant and the steak house very rude and snotty. Mgmt should explain they're there to take care of PAYING guest. Your not doing me a favor by doing your job. Typical behavior from immature girls who haven't learned their place in life. You may work there.....but I CAN AFFORD TO EAT HERE.
Restaurants were really good but pricey. Our server kim at mccormick n schmicks was great! and made our dinner experience awesome!! Liked the 12 checkout, it was nice to sleep in after partying all night. Beds were comfey n the shower was nice n big with plenty of hot water but dirty. would of been nice to have shows mid week but oh we'll we cleaned out the casino instead.
The front desk staff tried to pawn off a really bad room on us n when I went to change it where assholes about it like it was my fault I didn't want to look at a roof when I paid for a water view. All in all 3 stars. I'd like to give it more but I've stayed in nicer holiday inns for less so that's it.Won't stay there again, to many other places out there to deal with rude staff n dirty rooms.oh n they charged for wifi which is greedy since its free everywhere else.
Dos caminos restaurant had amazing food!
Dirty bathrooms in room, could hear our neighbors throwing up next door to us, also could hear toilets flushing from rooms above us.
Cockroaches in my room. Room not as clean as I would like.
The front desk staff was warm & friendly and made me feel like a unique guest even thou they have guests every second...as well as the room service and the maids and all staffers
Check-in was smooth
The indoor pool was so crowded and the outdoor pool is 21+. Leaves no pool options for my kids. The room was so-so, could have use some updates..
My wife was happy and felt is was clean
PARKING PARKING if you're a guest you shouldn't have to pay for it and you would be lucky to get a spot. Check in could be handled better, if you plan to stay at this establishment come early to check in they will let you do this for an additional fee I wish I arrived earlier and took advantage of it.
I loved the hotel itself it was great. It had a lot of places to eat, drink, play, and swim. It also has a shuttle service from harrahs to the boardwalk by ballys or ceasars.
Only thing was I got double charged upon arrival. I paid online already and when I checked in I was charged again! $400 I did not get back until 2 days later which was the end of our trip. We could've used that money on the trip instead we didn't have OUR money on our trip! One of the front desk managers gave us a 50 credit towards one of their restaurants.
I liked only my time in the casino.
Upon arrival, we were spars to receive 1 king bed.it was also restated at the check-in. When we got to the room it was 2 queen-sized beds. They also seemed annoyed when I called the front desk to got back into what I paid for. So much so,that I kept the 2 beds, as my fiancé was already exhausted by our 3 1/2 hour car ride, and long wait in line.
Nothing. It was overpriced and not worth $400.
For $400, I would have expected a room without mold.
Check in took more than 30 minutes. only one person assiged general customer. 3 person allocated to prefer customer. This need to improve.
My wife and I just need a night away from all the stress and this hotel give us a great experience. They were so nice and caring they allowed us to check in early. We had a great view. The room was amazing. We are planNing a longer stay when we go back.
I like the size of the room and bathroom!
The tub was broken! And the pool was out of order ! I did not get what I paid for. The pool is the main attraction and I did not get to experience that!
Great price. Nice Staff.
Long wait to check in EVERY TIME Carpet in the room was stained.
Nothing that wouldn't keep me from coming back
Price. Atlantic city is not vegas. They should consider lower prices to drive more business.
Waited in line to check in for two hours at 10pm on a Thursday night
Value for money was good because we went in the middle of the week and payed $49 only. Stuff is nice and friendly.
The pool is for adults only. I was with my 4 years old son and he was very upset about it. Rooms have a sigaret smell. We changed three before we gave up.
Loved the pool both day - where it seems you are in the tropics with real sunlight and palm trees- and the pool party at night. Room was nice for the price.
The restaurants were all pretty pricey and there is no breakfast included.
We go for the pool, very relaxing. Get there early or you won't get a place to sit at the pool unless you pay a "reservation" fee.
The actual price you pay for the room is $22 higher than advertized for a "Resort Fee". The price was still reasonable, but they could be more up front about it when booking a room.
Pool party was very nice and organized. Didn't understand why I had to show id to go into pool the next morning. We found a huge bug in our bathroom.
Should include at least continental breakfast
I loved the set up of the rooms
I didn't like that checkin in took almost an hour. The room requested was not available, when it should have been reserved. Had to move into different room two times. Horrible stay. Hopefully, if I decide to stay in this resort again, it will be a lot better.
We had to wait 1hr and half to check in
It's a fun place to spend a weekend with friends. The rooms were very clean and quite luxurious for the price. Checkout was super easy using the tv option.
The DJ at the club wasn't the greatest.
Had problems with reservations when booked 2 rooms. Very strict with ID's and very rude.
Pool bar is pricey. henny and red bull was 17 dollars but the bar in the center of the casino was way more reasonable! ask about the mason jars! 10 for your first drink and 6 dollars for the refill!
Staff were friendly. More suited for the older crowd except for eeekends. The pool area was satisfactory, but drinks were pretty expensive.
Selection of restaurants and pool party crowd leaning towards older crowd.
lots of good choices for food.
We were woken up at 3 am when a large group of drunk people arrived back in the room next door and proceed to yell back and forth to each other. Security was called but they only got worse after security left. Also-- no nice areas for kids. The pool was beautiful but was 21 and only-- even during the day!
The restaurant steak house knew how to properly cook my steak.
The hotel concierge was incredibly rude. My boyfriend and I had arrived a little later than expected check in and we were treated poorly. The concierge told us they had given away out king bed(a room I paid extra for) to someone who had made the check in deadline. THE SHOWER WAS COVERED IN BLACK/GREEN MOLD.
The room was filthy I complained they looked at your rate and put me in what I believe was one of the worst rooms they had. Next might I stayed on business where my company had a group rate slightly higher that they paid for and had luxury accommodations. They are not friendly with kayak reservations.
The only thing I liked was the clean room
I hate the fact that they asked me to deposit $100 extra every night even when I paid in full up front , and than it takes 5 business days to be back in my account .
The waterfront tower is nice, however the harbor tower was poor. Shower didn't work and front door lock was broken.
It was fancy, minus the room.
Everything was expensive, minus the room. Didn't seem 4 star to me. Pool was closed early for the season (indoor but closed.) The restaurants and shops were all extremely high priced. The view wasn't good, but the room was moderately priced. Bed was ok. Bathroom was nice. Wifi isn't free. I far FAR preferred the Trump Taj Mahal. Do yourself a favor and stay on the boardwalk.
I like the view of the ocean
The tub was clogged up no shampoo overall it was okay
Nothing the receptionist was so rude
We booked for a non smoking room and they gave us a smoking room filled with stincky smell couldn't sleep for the whole stay
