bed super comfortable
If there was a microwave in the rooms
The hotel needs more signs, everyone is walking around lost and the signs they have are very limited. The wait to get on the elevator to the parking garage is horrible. 10 min wait just to get on, I don't understand why such a big hotel only has one elevator for the garage. Also the room was not 100% clean. The vent in the bathroom shower was disgusting, there were holes on the wall. You can't see out the windows they are very, very dirty. For the amount they charge for the night, the place should have been cleaner.
For the amount they charge for the night, the place should have been cleaner. Add more signs inside the casino and add an additional elevator for the parking garage.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The room service was extremely expensive, everything was an added 18% gratuity fee and I was advised both pools were open and only one was opened. The one pool had a lot of people and did not get to enjoy much of my stay.
Nosy neighbor and no way to call to lobby at 1am to get security
Check-in was easy and I was able to get in early. Plenty of options for food/drink, though it was VERY expensive. Staff was nice and responsive to our requests
Getting from rooms to parking garages is a disaster. We were a family of 4 with a baby. That's a lot of stuff to lug around. We stayed in the West Tower. It feels like you have to walk a mile between the room and parking garage. We left at checkout time (11AM) and the elevators were all backed up. We waited 20 minutes for an elevator and decided to take the stairs (we were on the 48th floor!!!!). After finding our way to the casino floor, we tried to go to the parking garage elevators. Those were all backed up as well. So we had to find stairs to climb to get to P-4. In all, it took us about an hour to walk from our room to our car. That's insane!!
