They oversold their vehicles as left me without a car, had to stay in the city for another day, come back to the airport the next day and rent a car from National, also had to get another hotel room by the rental location at Salt Lake City airport due to not being able to drive to the city my hotel was in. Terrible. Had to wait in a huge line for over 1 hour after a long flight. Only two clerks were available, and at one point there was only one clerk. Everyone in the block long line was angry, stressed and complaining. The other car companies next to us were well staffed and had no lines. Then when I finally got my car it was low on gas.
