Cons:Customer service. We wanted to shorten our reservation to 4 days with drop-off by 12:29 pm July 6. I called toll 1-800# & was told to call local # we rented from. I called there numerous times. each time the woman said she was very busy and to call back later then hung up.many more problems....Reviewed 7 Jul 2019

Pros:Somewhat better pricing than other car rental agencies. No problem with picking up in Salzburg and dropping off at Munich airport (i.e.: a one-way rental). Very capable and cordial rental agent in the Salzburg office.Cons:All European car rentals seem to be insanely expensive, as compared with American agencies. I don't think it's just the higher taxes.
