Pros (+) In a walkable area of Belfast, especially for Queen University, Botanical, and Ulster Museum.
Cons (-) Staff was grumpy about check in and never looked me in the eyes or smiled. Laundry is a four pound charge, and is kind of run-down. Fair warning: the cafe next door says they accept Euro, but then charges you x1.5 for the exchange rate. Parking has a gate, so that was nice, and they have USB ports, lights, and outlets mounted on the walls next to the beds, so that was nice.
