Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests noting exceptional service. Breakfast was frequently described as delicious and varied, contributing positively to the overall experience. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with rooms and common areas generally well maintained. However, many guests reported significant issues with air conditioning, especially during hot weather, which detracted from comfort. Some mentioned minor concerns with room size, odors, and breakfast variety, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
