Pros: Closeness to Rail and Centre of City
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.
Pros: Wonderful wonderful staff and location location location. The rooms were well appointed and in a style that suited the hotel. The balcony was a great place to get a lovely view of the sea. The rooms were larger then most European hotel rooms and air conditioned which made it very comfortable in the August heat. The public areas and dining rooms were very comfortable and charming. Good business center with easy access.
Cons: The carpet in the halls made it hard to move luggage around and did not fit the period and style of the hotel. Some of the art didn't suit the hotel ambiance. The carpet in our room was very worn and old. The bathroom had chipped sharp tiles and had not been updated which was a little disappointing for the price point. We were also disappointed that no one informed of the beach facilities available.
Breakfast and unlimited WIFI included in all rates at the ibis Styles Nice Centre Gare hotel. Our stylish new city-center hotel is just a stone's throw from the SNCF train station, bus and tram, and the Mozart car park is 55 yards (50 m) away. A 10-minute walk from Place Masséna, Promenade des Anglais, beaches and Old Nice. In the heart of the quiet and historic Musicians quarter, the new modern rooms with air conditioning and soundproofing are perfect for a business or leisure stay, alone or with family.
Pros: The staff was polite, funny and spoke perfect English. The manager worked like crazy to help out at the breakfast. We were impressed.
Cons: The rooms! They're fine but there was absolutely no where to put anything. Our room had one lawn chair. It was weird. It all feels a little too Miami Vice with the colors. Felt slightly Miami-ish/Golden Girls. Bottom floor was noisy with window open.
Built in 2004, Hyatt Regency Nice de la Mediterranee is located along the seaside Promenade des Anglais. Our hotel features an indoor/outdoor heated pool that allows guests to fully enjoy the panoramic sea views. Our well-appointed fitness center is complimented by our Turkish bath. A luxurious meal is waiting at "Restaurant Le 3e", serving Mediterranean haute cuisine. Our guestrooms feature both city/ocean views that highlight the mix of traditional luxury and contemporary hospitality
Pros: We were here just for a week. Hotel is located centrally right across from the beach. Rooms are very specious with luxuries beds. Dinner experience at the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Just one small issue - we did not get city center view as the website promised. Balconies were facing each other with no privacy.
Pros: Large spacious room, robes, slippers, fabulous bath
Cons: There was no blackout curtain... Luckily I brought an eye mask!
Pros: This is a hotel that my best friend and I have been coming to for 15 years and everything works well and the cleaning staff are excellent.
Cons: our receptionist was not very helpful, telling us that we didn't have a reservation - which was confirmed by the hotel the previous day! may be she was having a bad day

Pros: Staying in the medieval village of Haute-De-Cagnes above Canges-Sur-Mer was charming and requiring a daily ride on the local shuttle bus to the Chateau Grimaldi square with the locals or a call to hotel staff to pick you up in town.
Cons: The medieval streets required expert hotel staff to ease the car back to the car park in Cagnes-Surx-Mer village below, but once the luggage was delivered this was not a problem. Just be aware they are not kidding about difficulty driving to the hotel.
With a stay at Villa Rivoli in Nice (Nice City Centre), you'll be 1 minutes by foot from Promenade des Anglais. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access and express check-in.
Pros: Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable.
Cons: I went down for coffee ONLY each morning, and was assured by the restaurant staff that I would only be charged for coffee, not the entire breakfast. It was not the case. I was charged over $25 for 2 cups of coffee, which is ridiculous. So because of that, I will not be back.

Featured amenities include limo/town car service, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Pros: Some of the staff are very lovely and i grew tired moaning at them.. Eden rock we’re we stayed the previous week could learn from them... in fact they should poach all their staff particularly nathalie who is most excellent
Cons: It is difficult to understand how they have had so many high ratings as feed back I can only conceive they have faked their reviews.
This is not a 5 Star hotel which might be where our issues lie. Rightly or wrongly I expect certain things when I travel
Clean rooms , gym , working internet, comfortable pool and furniture, more than 2-3 hour time windows in which to order food, a lift that will fit a pram, comfortable lounge areas...
I also object to spending €50 on Sun beds everyday... however I have more Il feeling towards hotel.com who sold it as a five star hotel and then showed no interest in helping me change booking .., We knew the area that we were supposed to be in and felt comfortable booking the hotel as it claimed to be a 5 Star. Then they just ignored my complaints , I also paid for a direct sea view which you get on the 4th and 5th floors but on the 3rd only a view of trees hotel .com again unhelpful..

Pros: The location is great. It is a 2 min walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.

Cons: I left a bag with a 100 euro pair of swimming shorts there. Called them to ask about it 1 day later they said none of the staff turned anything in, that they would call me back the next day which they never did...
Pros: Very accomodating, not too big and felt personal. The service is exceptional and the spa is a must-do.
Pros: Great staff, fantastic rooms and exceptional service

Cons: Hotel de Flore was closed on the dates we booked. Luckily some friends were booked in the same hotel and were told by their agent (unlike ours) who organised alternative accommodation.
After a week of painful conversations with Getaroom (would have been useful to know they're based abroad) they acknowledged the hotel was closed and in fairness organised alternative accommodation in a nice hotel nearby at no extra charge.
Would have been nice to have been told about closure rather than having to chase.
Pros: Character and charm of the accommodation and the friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was ever a problem for them.
Cons: Loved everything!
Pros: Proximity to the boardwalk and fun of the active night life.
Cons: Cheap rooms, uncomfortable mattresses, subpar soundproofing so we could hear every conversation in other rooms and in the hallway, very mediocre breakfast, I mean it was very poor -- even easy to please kids didn't want it. The "happy" hour was lemon juice for kids or water. Lemon juice is not lemonade and terrible olives and terrible wine. Not up to snuff for the price paid. More like a 1 or 2 star hotel to me.
Pros: The best part of this hotel is Mwa the front desk manager. She was wonderful to work with.
Cons: I thought the rooms could use some minor upgrades: better bedspreads, pillows and sheets. Bathrooms need better soap, shampoo, etc. Cutting those corners costs a lot in experience.
