Pros (+) Everything was great except the breakfast.
Cons (-) The breakfast needs an upgrade. The pancakes were rock hard, the milk was warm and smelled funky, and the food prep did not keep up with customers so there was a long wait to get food.

Pros (+) The staff is great. Very friendly and willing to help out. One went out of her way write up a list of places to visit and recommendations for dining. Breakfast was quite good.
Cons (-) Not much. Would suggest more towel hangers in the bathroom.
