Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the exceptional service and hospitality, especially the warm and helpful host, Zenobia. The location is frequently mentioned as convenient, with easy access to public transport, parks, and restaurants. Many reviewers appreciate the charming, homey atmosphere and the character of the historic house. However, a few guests express dissatisfaction with cleanliness and the breakfast, noting some issues with room cleaning frequency and breakfast variety. Overall, the positive experiences with service and ambiance far outweigh the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
