Members of the stuff really nice, specially the girl from Galicia, and meals were delicious although super expensive. Good location
Prices too high, room was half done as some plugs didn't work and the hungs for the towels fell on our feet. There were builders Makin noise from 10AM to 6PM, Sunday's restaurant shuts.
Breakfast was provided in room as the Coronavirus outbreak. However it’s very expensive for what it is
Breakfast pricing There was no gym facilities available, even though the hotel has a gym but never mentioned that it wasn’t open when making a booking
The room facilities and finishing were very good, and the daily cleaning service just as well. The staff at the reception were polite and super helpful both in their ordinary duties, as well as when I needed to print the boarding ticket upon my return to pick up the baggage, as I had some problem on my smartphone.
Reception staff was fine, friendly, helpful when needed. Reception area, bar, restaurant, breakfast room is very nice. Room was large.
NO changing of bedsheets when needed Room, and especially bathroom is outdated. But good news ! They are renovating and "reopening" after the summer. Which is why there is noise from the works every week morning from 8h30-9h00 to 18h... and in the weekend from 11-12h until 18h00, which is a major downer.
Quirky (Artsy!) decor, nice large rooms with coffee making facilities and safe, very good facilities for working in the room (rarely the case!). Very good breakfast buffet with healthy options.
The location is convenient to metro and in walking distance from city centre, but the neighbourhood is not interesting - few restaurants and no shops except small supermarkets.
This unique, art-themed hotel is set in the lively Botanique area of Brussels next to the Botanique concert venue and the Botanical Gardens. It's 15 minutes from Brussels Airport, Brussels North Station and the city's historic center. Convenient for public transport, the NH Brussels Bloom! also has indoor parking on site. The hotel's 305 spacious rooms include some of the largest in the city. Spread across eight floors, each is decorated with hand-painted frescos by different artists. Rooms have free Wi-Fi, flat screen televisions and tea and coffee making facilities. Family rooms are available, as are three rooms for guests with reduced mobility. One of the hotel's highlights is its own waffle van, where you can order the waffle of your choice. It's situated in the OO! restaurant, where the generous buffet breakfast, featuring fresh fruit, pastries, breads and hot dishes is also served. For lunch and dinner, the Smoods restaurant and bar serves fusion food and cocktails. With 12 meeting rooms, the hotel has capacity for up to 320 people. Meetings and interviews can also be held in the Experience Room on the eighth floor. For guests who want to work out, there is a gym equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, and stationary bikes.
