When booking on your platform at no point did it state I would have to pay a deposit. I only found this out when arriving at budget. Then I agreed to pay the deposit but was informed it had to be from the same card which I was making the booking, again this wasn’t stated at any point when making the booking. I explained I would need to pay for deposit on a different card but they company flat out refused. I believe a refund should be processed in this case as I was not at fault and there was nothing in your terms when I booked stating these stipulations. I’m really unhappy with my experience using your platform which I have used many times in the past. Please go or the refund.Reviewed 13 Sept 2024
