We arrived a half hour earlier than our reservation time, and they had no car to provide. Other families came through, and they waited as well or left. A viable car for us came in, keys handed in were immediately handed to us. No cleaning. The car reeked of smoke, but it’s the only car, so no options. We took it, and it worked out fine, but windows were down when we could and boy do our bags of clothes reek of smoke.Reviewed 14 Oct 2026

I decline any extra coverages on the rental and I was charged 250$ as deposit. This was clearly explained to me by the representative. Yet, when I returned the car, they did not refunded me the 250$ and put on their system that I chose this insurance option and try to keep the deposit.Reviewed 14 Oct 2026
