Van was dirty inside and out so went to car wash. Someone prior had an animal that salava was over windows and drool on seats and also hair. My charge was $182 and in error Budget charged my credit card $732. When calling Budget they escalated issue and came back and told me the only charged the $182 but my credit card showed the $732 was paid. I had to open a dispute with credit card company and I sent my Budget receipt and email that stated the charged only $182. It was after I did that I was able to get the $549 credit back to my card.Reviewed 29 Aug 2024

upon returning car, I did not received any print out or invoice via e-mail, suspecting something wrong, I talked to front desk, as suspected I was told that the rent was still open and the car ha not been properly scanned, person that scanned did not check fuel or milage, I was also told that the rent was into another name, it had to be corrected. I had been overcharged previously and the direction to call main line is useless. you need to prvovide a fail safe mechanism to insure returns are properly documented.Reviewed 17 May 2024

Staff were friendly and cordial. The main problem was the amount of time from start to finish was far too long! I arrived at the counter at 12midnigjt. The line was out the door, and I didn’t leave rental car lot until 1:30AM. There were only 2 desk workers to assist the long line of customers.Reviewed 21 Feb 2024

Horrible experience. They claim I consented to additional insurance that I declined. I never received a copy of the contract that I "signed" and they refuse to provide me with a copy. The car transmission was in horrible shape and would lurch whenever it should shift gears and even slipped from D into N when driving slowly. Don't trust that they'll email you the signed contract, they won't and then they'll scam you with charges.Reviewed 13 Nov 2023
