Everything went seamlessly. It was nice that after All the times each year that we rent from Budget, they upgraded our rental without us needing to rebook our reservation to get the deal! About time Budget offered an upgrade! Thanks!Reviewed 18 Jun 2025

Dropping off at airport late, but had to search out the counter within the terminal... Had to search someone out to find that information when it could have been posted. Just 20 minutes of walking back and forth walking around, other than that the drop off went well. Pick up was smooth. Agent was helpful and courteous.Reviewed 3 Dec 2023

The Budget dealer was great. It is kayak that I'm rating poor. I ordered my car through kayak. When I arrived, the dealer didn't have any cars for the price kayak had quoted me. He said this happens all the time when cars are ordered through a third party. End result is I didn't get my car on the day kayak said I would. I picked it up the next day after ordering it directly through Budget.Reviewed 27 Sept 2023
