I have a major card— visa! After waiting my turn for a long period of time the rental facility (I did the pre-check in), I misunderstood that this visa debit would not work at the particular location and other locations accepting debit near me had closed though I could not have know this beforehand. I entered my card info at the time of booking days in advance so I should have know this was a problem. I ended up cancelling the reservation and this seriously impeded plans. The wording in emails is not consistently explaining “only major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc) no debit cards at this location. This card must be in the renters name.” Suggestion: There seems to be toggles and filters for so many things, how about the payment method?Reviewed 17 Dec 2024

Van stopped on me a mile from the place. Call roadside service it took 2 hours to send me someone. Then the they finally came it was a pop a lot car, I was in the car I needed a toll truck. The guy tried to jump start the van he couldn’t find the battery my God. The guy at the desk was not friendly at all after all that he didn’t say sorry that happened. God bless himReviewed 9 Feb 2024
