There was a line up probably 35/40 people deep, one girl at the counter got up and put all her stuff into her purse and left leaving two girls to fend for themselves…once I got through the line up (approximately 1hr) I got a piece of paper proceeded to the car pick up area, which was complete chaos, no lines no way of telling where your vehicle was or how to get it, THE most unorganized car rental place I’ve ever been to in my life…after an hour and a half ( I ordered a small Toyota Corolla) I was offered a VW SUV which at this point I didn’t care, I just wanted to get going, so when I looked the vehicle over prior to driving it, it wasn’t that clean, still had some dirt and mud, there was another lady who had ordered a small car and she was offered a full size SUV…I don’t think I’ll ever rent a car from this place againReviewed 7 Mar 2025

Budget was a huge disappointment. I had a reservation ahead of the day I wished to rent. When I went to the counter, I was told no vehicles were available at the moment and that there would be a 1-2 hour wait. Car seat was covered in urine. I called ahead to make sure it was in the car already because we were arriving at 11pm with our 2 year old. When we arrived it wasn’t in the car and they didn’t have any at the counter. Waited 45 minutes for them to find one.
