We waited in line for 40 minutes, only to be told there were no cars available. Most people in line had prepaid contracts for a rental car and Budget breeched the contracts. Both the experience at the counter and drop off were great. The attendant at the counter had a small issue with her work station as we were the first customer of the day and the screen did not light up for me. She moved to another workstation and got us on our way. The car had an open RedBull can in it that I disposed of. Otherwise it was great.Reviewed 28 Oct 2025

Pick up took 3 rounds before we got picked up. Bus was small and too many customers. It took 2 hours to get from airport to rental place and finally get a car. Long line and not enough workers. Then one left with lots of people still in line. Took way too long for the whole process. When finally processes over 2 hours late the car was not ready. Completely overcharged after the upgrade car I asked for and reserved at a higher rate wasn’t available was given a lesser car at the same rate which was 3x what I would have paid had I just reserved the car they gave me. Staff couldn’t adjust blaming “dynamic pricing” which as someone in hospitality that’s not what that means.Reviewed 28 Oct 2025

Worst car rental experience ever. Pickup was over 2 hours 25 people waiting in line with 2 rental agents. Agent was nice. Then sent to a line in the actual garage where one “manager” was assigning cars. The same 25 people were in line waiting for cars that were not yet ready. I rented a Camry, was assigned a jeep compass. Ultimately, this car had mechanical issues and I had to get myself to an office local to where I was staying. Switched to a filthy dirt Sonata which had the “ change oil light” on.Reviewed 27 Oct 2025
