Car was great. Customer service was good at rental but it was impossible to call or email or connect with the rental company with any questions during the rental. Additionally there are extra charges on my credit card and there is no explanation for these charges, no email or phone call. Pros:Car was clean and got good gas mileageCons:We ordered and paid for a full size van with unlimited miles and were told that we could only have a mid-size mini van and that “unlimited miles” didn’t exist (even though we showed them our confirmation). Cons:They don’t have a very good check in process. You just park in the lot and give the keys to the person that is standing there. No receipt or anything. They were having cars stolen at the lot in Gatwick.Reviewed 3 Jun 2019
