Poor follow through on 2nd month and 3rd month of rental. Kept having to fix Budget errors in not renewing my lease until spending an hour waiting and then speaking on the phone to clear up Budget mistakes. Also overcharged by $100 on overall fee.Reviewed 3 Apr 2024

When I arrived just after 11pm to get my car, no one was manning the Avis/Budget desk at the Palm Springs airport. This despite their open hours being until midnight. I had to rideshare to my destination and return to the airport the next day to get my rental car. It took 90 minutes of waiting in line and at the desk for them to get me a car. They said they had run out of cars the night before. There was no communication about this nor was there any signage at the desk. A rep from another rental company told a couple of other parties and me that they had all gone home.Reviewed 29 Feb 2024

Tough day as flight was canceled last minute due to weather. Booked online and line was crazy long and desk was not well staffed for all the weather-related car rentals. But car was great to drive from Palm Springs to San Jose in a very bad rain storm and price was very fair.Reviewed 6 Feb 2024

Reserved a Rav4. Swore he only had a Ram and an Outlander. Loaded up the Outlander and found out it was electric. Unloaded and went back into the terminal to find him offering choice of a a Highlander or Forerunner to another customer. We had to wait over 2.5 hours to receive the vehicle. The minivan that I reserved was not available and we received a mid sized SUV. It was too small but they had nothing else. Will never rent from Budget again! Extremely pissed off!Reviewed 6 Jan 2024
