The directions to pickup and drop off the car were confusing and the signage in the garage was poor. The check in process was slow, though I wisely arrived very early and didn't have to wait long. They are scammers. Tried to add 2 hours to a one day reserved rental. I literally had to back away from the scammers desk and make a second booking to avoid that scam by the Ren guy. Then when returning vehicle they tried to scam me for $144 in fuel charges when the car was returned full. I had to make a return trip to the airport in order to get that rectified. Bottom line Budget should definitely be a NO GO and Kayak shouldn't be associated with these scammers.Reviewed 7 Jul 2025

I was unable to rent the car because the counter was closed. There was a sign directing everyone to Avi’s car rental which only had 1 person working and over 20 people in line. I ended up renting a different car from Alamo.Reviewed 7 Jul 2025

I reserved a seven seater SUV and got a van. Van had many issues and wouldn’t start in the mornings, so returned it for a new one and got attitude from the budget representative. Eventually was given a replacement van and had no issues after that.Reviewed 5 Jul 2025

I booked a van 4 months ahead of my vacation. Went to pick it up and was informed that the debit card i used to reserve the van couldn't be used to rent the van. Information like this should be stated in bold letters not buried in fine print. The lady was rude and looked at me like I was nothing.
