What a HORRIBLE experience. I reserved a premium SUV for 2 days for my son and myself. Upon arrival the worker informs me I didn’t know what I rented. I reserved a luxury car , and that it wasn’t rented yet. So he gave me 2 options a Ford or a Buick standard suv. Being on a schedule I didn’t have to time to get into a long discussion the situation. There were NO premium SUV on the lot. The suv was dirty inside and out and the worker did not care at all. I was charged the same price as the premium suv rental. Now I’m emailing and calling corporate to address this unbelievable situation with this rental. I would not recommend this location for rental to anyone. And if you do decide to use this location call in advance and make sure they have the vehicle your contract specifies.Reviewed 26 Feb 2025

Cons:After booking a week in advance, Budget called me less than an hour before pickup to inform me they didn’t have a car for me, and likely wouldn’t. No offers to help find something else, just sorry and good luck.Reviewed 11 May 2021
