Terrible ServicePros:NothingCons:Everything. I had a reservation and they didn't explain anything during my reservation but apparently I needed to contact budget and have forms filled out 3 days prior to my arrivall date. They said they tried contacting me which is a lie. I never received a phone call or an email regarding this information. I was stuck at the airport for 8 hours.
