I had a good experience—great car, gas mileage and check-in staff. My one complaint was when I needed to phone Budget about getting a scratch on the car, the phone tree was confusing and poorly worded. Pros:No description of drop off process. It was very easy but I wasn’t sure what to do and there was no one present to ask.Cons:Written or verbal instruction on return drop point and what to do when arriving.
